Peter B. Noonan is co-owner of Cal-Western Property Management. His specialty is the operation and management of small residential properties.
Mr. Noonan has been active in real estate brokerage and management of residential income properties in the south bay since 1968. He is a licensed contractor and oversees the maintenance division of Cal-Western.
Mr. Noonan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Cathy Hickey is a licensed California real estate agent and has lived in the bay area her entire life. She joined the Cal Western team in 2010 and prior to that, worked as a property manager managing approximately 80 properties as well as her own four investments. Cathy specializes in and manages single-family homes, multiplexes and apartment complexes with up to 16 units throughout Santa Clara County. Licensed since 1991, Cathy also obtained her California Certified Residential Manager certification in 2011 as well as obtaining the superior achievement award through the California Apartment Association. Grace holds a California Real Estate Agent’s license and has been working in Property Management since 2005. She has worked at all levels of property management including Assistant Manager, Multi-Site Manager and Portfolio Manager overseeing as little as 27 units up to 402 units.
Over the years she has earned certificates from the Tri-County California Apartment Association and the City of San Jose.
Grace came to Cal-Western in September of 2014 and currently manages a portfolio that consists of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, duplexes, triplexes, and small apartment complexes.

Maria has a wealth of experience in residential and commercial asset management that has helped her to accumulate a wide-ranging knowledge of property types, markets and management techniques. Since acquiring her real estate license, she has taken part in an array of multi-million dollar real estate transactions all over the Bay Area. She enjoys interacting directly with owners, vendors and residents to build and nurture strong relationships, as well as the oversight of day-to-day operations. Susan Olson has been with Cal-Western since 1993, and has been in property management since 1988. She manages a variety of single-family homes, condos and small apartments, in Santa Clara county.
Susan is a San Jose native and has extensive knowledge of the local market.
Shelly Patania Mincy joined Cal-Western in April of 2002. She was a former marketing funds program administrator for a large networking company. Tong has been in property management since 1996. In his prior employment, before joining Cal-Western in 2013, Tong managed and was responsible for the fiscal, physical and operational aspects of over 900 housing units. Tong specializes in large apartment homes, single family homes, duplexes/ fourplexes, commercial and industrial properties in Santa Clara County.

Mr. Claus is active in the real estate brokerage of apartment and commercial properties in the south bay area. In the last 25 years, he has been involved in real estate transactions totaling over $160 million.
Mr. Claus has a broad background in real estate brokerage and management. Prior to joining Cal-Western, he was a partner with Myers, Santin & Claus and previous to that, a partner with Winchester Investments. Both companies were San Jose based real estate investment firms each with extensive residential and commercial real estate portfolios.
Mr. Claus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from California Polytechnic State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Santa Clara. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a member of the Tri-County Apartment Association, and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He also serves on the Board of Directors and is a past Chairman of the Board at the Tri-County Apartment Association.
